CLIENT PLAYSTATION x NBA2K26     SCOPE FILM + GLOBAL LAUNCH CAMPAIGN

Game On
And On And On

For the launch of NBA 2K26 on PS5, we set out to spotlight a simple truth: For the biggest gamers, the 2K runs never stop. Whether you’re running it back yourself or passing the controller to a friend waiting in the wings, it’s always: game on, and on, and on, and on.

The campaign followed gamers around the world through one never-ending run featuring everyday hoop fans alongside Tyrese Haliburton, Tyrese Maxey, and Paige Bueckers. Because for real basketball fans, the game never truly ends.

BACKGROUND

Basketball fandom no longer exists only in arenas or during scheduled games. Today, it lives constantly through gaming, group chats, Twitch streams, TikTok clips, Discord calls, and endless late-night rematches.

For younger audiences especially, basketball culture operates as a 24/7 behavior. The opportunity wasn’t to advertise NBA 2K26 as a sports game. It was to portray it as a nonstop extension of basketball culture itself.

EXECUTION

The film was designed as one continuous basketball run that never truly ends. The camera moved fluidly across players, cities, homes, and gaming environments, creating the feeling of uninterrupted momentum.

Professional athletes appeared naturally alongside everyday gamers, reinforcing the idea that basketball culture exists on the same continuum, whether you’re in the NBA or playing 2K on your couch.
